Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Syndicate app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Alex Krios (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Unauthorized copying, modification, translation, reverse-engineering, or derivative works of the Application or trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify the Application or charge for services at any time, but such changes will be clearly communicated.
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver the service. You are responsible for the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may compromise security and impair Application functionality.

The Application uses third-party services with their own terms:
Connectivity & Charges
The Application requires an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for functionality issues due to lack of connectivity or exhausted data plans.
If using outside a Wi-Fi zone, your carrier’s data charges (including roaming) may apply. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such charges. If you’re not the bill payer, you must have permission to use the Application on that device.
Device Responsibility
The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by a device running out of battery or being unable to access the Application due to user-side limitations.
Service Accuracy & Liability
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, some data is provided by third parties. The Service Provider is not liable for any losses resulting from relying on this information.
Updates & Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application to match OS requirements or add features. You agree to accept updates when provided. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights under these terms will end, and you must uninstall the Application.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may revise these Terms and Conditions occasionally. Please review this page regularly. Changes will be posted here.
